1) GENERAL PROVISIONS
Buyer by taking just a binding order confirms that it accepts the Terms for the supply of goods declared by the seller (e-commerce business www.eshop.alldigit.sk) Relations between the buyer and seller are governed by these Terms and Conditions, which are also binding on both parties.

2) ORDERING OF GOODS
We offer you the opportunity to purchase directly from your home where you can shop around the clock, simply and conveniently using a shopping cart in the online store www.eshop.alldigit.sk.

The contract only the goods listed in the sales contract - order. Dimensions, weight, color and other information listed on our website, catalogs, brochures and other printed materials are non-binding and data stemming from data producers. In case of discrepancies, of course, you will be contacted.
We are committed to our customers we will only deliver goods in perfect condition. Condition for realizing the validity of your electronic order is the completion of all required data and particulars listed in the registration and order form. The order is also a draft contract, when the purchase agreement then the actual delivery of goods. The purchase contract is required to formally confirm the order seller.

3) CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS
The order is on our side to take the time of your order confirmation, then by the next working day will be provided with your shipment. Before the dispatch of the goods, you can still contact to confirm the order, or to clarify any details. If in doubt, we will of course contact.

4) CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Every order you one hour to cancel it and e-mail without giving a reason. Just put your name, e-mail and a description of the goods ordered.

5) Packaging, POSTAGE AND PAYMENT OF GOODS
Ordered goods can be paid upon receipt of shipping service (mail order), or by bank transfer before sending the goods.

6) DELIVERY TIME
Goods are dispatched 24 to 48 hours after the conclusion of the order. To change the delivery time we will immediately inform the buyer.

After dispatch orders will come to your email address automatic confirmation of the mission on the day of departure, then get the file number of the consignment. Since by the Slovak Post send goods only if the priority and therefore attempted delivery notice is not received within 3 working days, please inquire at your post office with the file number of the storage lot.



7) COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY
Any complaint to your satisfaction equip individual agreement with you in accordance with applicable law. The buyer is obliged to the goods after receipt inspected in order to identify any defects and damage. Any errors the buyer is obliged to report promptly to the seller. For defects caused by carriers we can not guarantee.
All products are covered by statutory period 24 months. The guarantee applies only to manufacturing defects.

The buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days without giving any reason and without any charge to withdraw from the contract (you will only be charged a fee for shipping and handling. The right of return refers to the undamaged goods in original packaging.

If the goods in its use of fault occurs, handles this problem in the complaint procedure.

Warranty does not cover:
a) defects caused by normal use
b) misuse of the product
c) improper storage

Procedure for complaint:
1) Tell us about the claim Friend
2) send the goods as a recommended package (not on delivery) to our address
3) the shipment please explain your complaint and address and telephone number
4) Attach proof of entry of the goods advertised in our store (invoice)

Will process your claim as quickly as possible, no later than 30 days from its formation on receipt of goods by our company. In the case of longer claims will immediately know the status of the claim.


8) The non-discarded CONSIGNMENT
If the consignment is not taken back, the customer does not terminate the obligation to pay costs associated with transport and handling. Mail him an invoice to cover postage.
